How to Book Your Trip with Let’s Go! Mcr

We make it easy to book a fun and engaging day out with Let’s Go! Mcr! Just follow these simple steps to secure a spot for your child on one of our upcoming adventures.

  1. Choose Your Trip

Visit our Upcoming Trips page to explore our current lineup of events. We offer a variety of outings designed for young people aged 8-15, especially those from neurodivergent backgrounds, to help them form friendships and experience new adventures. Check out the details for each trip to find the best fit for your child.

  1. Check Availability

To see if there are available spots for the trip you’re interested in, click on the “Book Now” button found above the schedule. You’ll be directed to our external booking platform, Bookwhen, where you can view all available dates and prices.

  1. Complete the Booking Form

Fill in your details on the booking form, ensuring that we have the essential information to make the trip safe and enjoyable for your child. Please let us know about any specific needs or accommodations required for your child, so we can make sure they have a comfortable and positive experience with us.

  1. Review and Confirm

Once you’ve filled out the booking form, double-check the information to ensure accuracy. You will receive a confirmation email from Bookwhen once your booking is complete.

  1. Payment Options

If the trip requires a payment, Bookwhen will guide you through the secure payment process. You’ll receive a receipt for your records, and you’re all set!

  1. Prepare for the Trip

Before the trip date, we’ll send you a reminder with any necessary details such as what to bring and specific trip requirements. Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have leading up to the day.

Additional Information

  • Refund Policy: If enough notice is given and the place can be filled, then we may be able offer you the chance to transfer the booking to anther date. Tickets are bought in advance for admission to most places and therefore typically no monies can be refunded unless otherwise stated. 
  • Special Requirements: If your child has any specific dietary, medical, or accessibility needs, please include them in your booking notes, or get in touch directly.
